How to fix your gaze on Christ without having a fear of doubt

FIXING YOUR MIND ON CHRIST:

ree

Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. Isaiah 26:3

Fixing your mind on Christ is what I call staying your mind on Christ, this is focusing on Christ. Jesus has to be the center of attraction in all that you engage in, Jesus has to be found in every action that you are taking, If Jesus is not found there it will be very easy for the Devil to come in you have to set boundaries especially on the things that are mundane I.e activities that are worldly and do not portray Christ in any way or form. Fixing your mind on Christ or staying your mind on Christ also means that nothing occupies your mind more than Christ.

From the scripture above we see that it is in fixing our minds on Christ that we find peace "... Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace..." people who have peace in reality will have peace when they are asleep they are not troubled, their mind experiences the peace that is released by Christ through the holy spirit (John 14:27) "Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." The world does not give peace but trouble alone, hence; Jesus said "... not as the world giveth, give I unto you, let not your heart be troubled..."
