Making it Right

*“Making It Right” – Devotional for November 25, 2025*

*Scripture*

Romans 12:18 (NLT) – *“Do all that you can to live in peace with everyone.”*

*Reflection*

There are moments in life when we realize something needs to be made right — a word spoken in haste, a relationship strained, or a step taken in pride. God calls us not just to be receivers of grace but also agents of reconciliation. Making things right isn’t always easy, but it’s a reflection of maturity, humility, and obedience to God’s heart.

God doesn’t ask us to control others, but He does expect us to take responsibility for our part — to forgive, to apologize, to seek peace. True strength is shown in the ability to humble ourselves and pursue restoration where possible.

*Key Takeaways*

- *Peace is intentional*: It often requires us to take the first step.

- *Healing begins with humility*: A sincere heart can mend deep wounds.

- *God honors reconciliation*: It reflects His nature and brings freedom.

*Prayer*

Father, help me to make things right where I’ve gone wrong. Give me the courage to apologize, the grace to forgive, and the wisdom to restore what’s been broken. Use me as a vessel of peace and healing. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

*Application*

- Ask the Holy Spirit to show you if there’s someone you need to reconcile with.

- Take one step today — whether it’s a message, a call, or a prayer of release.

- Reflect on how peace has impacted your own life, and be a channel of it for others.
