4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;
*Sermon:* The word of God has been sent forth to us this month that God will bare us up on eagles wing. In this Scripture it says he will keep us under his wings, which means utmost care, attention and protection, the word of God says in Exodus 19:4 "Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagles' wings, and brought you unto myself." The eagles’ wings are strong and safe; Also, they speak of careful protection. It is said that an eagle does not carry her young in her claws like other birds; the young eagles attach themselves to the back of the mother eagle and are protected as they are carried. Any arrow from a hunter must pass through the mother eagle before it could touch the young eagle on her back. This is the kind of protection and care that God is giving us this Month, the grace to soar high has been given because we are carried by the wings of his mercy and grace. If we are carried by the wings of the almighty then we need not fear but put our confidence in him, that he that bares us up from the beginning is capable of landing us safely
