Staying Under Discipleship

*"Staying Under Discipleship"*

*Scripture:*

- 2 Timothy 2:2 (NIV) - "And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others."

*Reflection:*

Staying under discipleship means remaining committed to learning, growing, and being mentored by more experienced believers. It's about humility, teachability, and a willingness to be shaped by God's Word and the guidance of spiritual leaders. When you stay under discipleship, you:

- *Grow in spiritual maturity*: Through consistent guidance and accountability.

- *Develop a stronger faith*: By learning from others and applying biblical principles.

- *Become equipped to serve*: Gaining the skills and knowledge needed to serve others and advance God's kingdom.

*Application:*

1. *Seek out mentors*: Identify spiritual leaders or mentors who can guide and disciple you.

2. *Be teachable*: Remain humble and open to learning and feedback.

3. *Stay committed*: Prioritize your discipleship relationships and consistently invest time and effort.

*Prayer:*

Dear God, help us stay under discipleship, learning and growing in our faith. Give us humility, teachability, and a willingness to be shaped by Your Word and the guidance of spiritual leaders. In Jesus' name, Amen.

*Action Step:*

Identify a mentor or spiritual leader who can disciple you, and commit to meeting with them regularly. Prioritize your growth and development in your faith.
