Angels of Judgement are Angels that enforce God's Judgement upon the earth, these are Angels that are sent to enforce the Justice system of God.

The bible says God is a merciful God, but then God is also a just God as seen in Isaiah 61:8 "For I, the Lord, love justice,

I hate robbery in the burnt offering;

And I will faithfully give them their recompense

And make an everlasting covenant with them."

God is truly a just God, and one of the ways through which he executes his judgement is by sending his Angels of Judgement

The Angel sent to Egypt to slay the firstborn of the Egyptians is an Angel of Judgement because he came to enforce God's Judgement on the earth and served Justice for the Israelites against the Egyptians. He is called the Destroyer.

Exodus 12:23

23 For the Lord will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he seeth the blood upon the lintel, and on the two side posts, the Lord will pass over the door, and will not suffer the destroyer to come in unto your houses to smite you.

The Angel in this situation as seen in this scripture is called the destroyer, this is an Angel sent to bring destruction on the Egyptians and as many as have the blood on their door he will not touch.

Also the Angel sent to bring God's Judgement on Sodom and Gomorrah by sending brimstone and fire upon the land is also an Angel of Judgement

Gen 19:24-25

24 Then the Lord rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the Lord out of heaven;

25 And he overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground.

These Angels were sent to destroy Sodom and Gomorrah but to spare the lives of Lot and his family.

How can you send Angels of Judgement to work for you

1. If you are to send Angels of Judgement then you must be a friend of God, you must do everything to please God, just like David who the bible says is a Man after God's own heart

Acts 13:22

“After removing Saul, he made David their king. He testified concerning him: ‘I have found David son of Jesse a man after my own heart; he will do everything I want him to do.‘” If you are a man after God's heart and you please God, the Lord will always defend you, even before you send the Angels of Judgement to fight for you even before you ask

2. Another thing you must do is to engage in Warfare Prayers at Midnight, there is power in Midnight prayers, Paul and Silas prayed and sang praises to God and at Midnight the foundations of the Prison was shaken and the doors broke open

Acts 16:25-26

25 And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them.

26 And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed.

In the case of Paul and Silas, the justice of God prevailed because they were put in prison unjustly. Also note that the type of prayer you should pray are Warfare prayers, these are prayers that take the battle to the gates of the enemy, also I need to mention that praise is a form of warfare, praises brought down the wall of Jericho.
