A call to Restoration of Lost Glory

*"A Call to Reason and Restoration" Devotional*

*Scripture*

Isaiah 1:18

[18]Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

*Reflection*

In Isaiah 1-2, God extends a gracious invitation to "come, let's reason together" (Isaiah 1:18), offering forgiveness and restoration to those who repent. This powerful call to reconciliation reminds us that no matter how far we've strayed, God's mercy and love are always available to bring us back. When we accept His offer of forgiveness, our sins are washed away, and we are made white as snow. As we walk in obedience to His will, we can expect blessings to flow into our lives. This passage is a beautiful reminder of God's unwavering commitment to restore and bless His people.

*Prayer*

Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for Your mercy and promise of forgiveness. Help me to reason with You, to listen and obey. Cleanse me from sin, and grant me the blessings that come from following You. In Jesus' name, Amen.

*Application*

1. Reflect on areas where you need God's forgiveness and restoration.

2. Seek God's guidance and wisdom in your life.

3. Cultivate a heart of obedience and willingness to follow God.

*Meditation*

How can you respond to God's call to "reason together," and what blessings can you expect from obedience and forgiveness?
