Trusting his plan

*"Trusting His Plan" Devotional for December 5, 2025*

Scripture

Proverbs 3:5-6 - "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."

Reflection

As we navigate life's twists and turns, we can trust that God has a plan for our good. By surrendering our plans and desires to Him, we can experience peace and guidance.

Key Takeaways

- *Trust with all your heart*: Trusting God fully means surrendering our own understanding and control.

- *Submit to Him*: Submitting to God's plan brings guidance and direction.

- *He makes paths straight*: God works out His plan for our good, even when we don't understand.

Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father, help me to trust in Your plan for my life. Give me the wisdom and courage to surrender my own understanding and desires to You. May I follow Your guidance and trust in Your goodness. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Application

- Reflect on areas where you're struggling to trust God's plan. Ask Him to increase your faith and trust.

- Consider ways to seek God's guidance and wisdom in your decisions.
